OUR RETURN POLICY

We accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from our Nga Atua Hou online store if they are requested within 14 days of the date your order was received.


WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Full priced & specials items can be returned
  • Items must be sent back with a completed returns form including your order information, without the completed returns form, we cannot always correctly identify the customer and may not be able to fulfill your return request.
  • In the original packaging received including favors provided

 

CONDITION OF ITEMS

Our team will inspect your item and if it is not in a good condition your request will not be actioned and you will be liable for any costs to send the items back to you.

You as the customer are responsible for your return shipping cost. We will only cover the cost if the item is faulty or if we have sent you the incorrect item. We will refund your shipping cost to you.

EXCHANGE

If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want a full price item purchased from our online store, please return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or new replacement.


We are unable to process your return until your item is physically received by us. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.

 

FAULTY ITEMS:

Please email amiria@ngaatuahou.nz with your order number and an image of the fault so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted.


 

ONLINE STORE CREDIT


We offer credit to other items on our online store (coming soon) for the full amount of the unwanted item. We offer returns on all Full price items for online store credit only provided that:

  • Items are Faulty
  • Sent Incorrectly
  • Or missing from your order.

Please note: You will need to create an Online Account with Nga Atua Hou to apply your online store credit code at checkout. To create an account please click on the account icon at the top right hand corner on the website.


REFUNDS:

We only offer refunds on Full Priced items, Faulty, Incorrect or Missing items.

Sale items can only be returned for online store credit.


 

RETURNS USING OTHER PAYMENT METHODS OFFERED OR FROM OUR STOCKISTS


Returns remain subject to Nga Atua Hou' returns policy. If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us with proof of purchase from either the stockist or payment method used as you would for a normal order. When we receive the item/s with the proof, we can then process the item/s once returned. We will issue an online store credit note for the total value of the item/s returned via email as soon as practical..


Your agreement with LayBuy will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
